Wine Aroma Perception Study

Dear Colleagues and Community Members,

The Department of Food Science at Rutgers University invites healthy, non-smoking men and women, ages 21 – 50, to participate in a study exploring individual differences in perception of wine compounds. Participants must be wine drinkers who consume wine at least 3 times/month.  Subjects will be asked to come to the Sensory Lab (Room 211) in the Food Science Building for a total of 5 sessions. Each session will take about 45 minutes and subjects will be paid for their participation.

Participants will first participate in an unpaid screening session, and if qualified, will be contacted for 5 follow up taste tests.
