Rutgers Graduate Public Humanities Workshop

April 7-8, 2022
Sponsored by the SAS Dean of Humanities and the Center for Cultural Analysis

Are you convinced of the value of the humanities in everyday life? Do you believe in expanding access to dynamic scholarship? Have you wondered about different ways to share your work outside of the academy – especially in the new conditions created by the Covid-19 pandemic?
Join us for a hybrid workshop series introducing you to different methodologies within the field. Each session will be an opportunity to learn from a scholar-practitioner, discuss tools, research, case studies -– the theory, method, and practice of the field.
Although the workshop is geared toward graduate students in the humanities, all faculty, staff, and undergraduates are welcome to attend!
Full schedule with speakers and session titles will be announced soon.
As of right now, this workshop is planned to be a hybrid event, with some in person attendance and speakers at Rutgers New Brunswick, with sessions streamed via Zoom concurrently.
These workshops are free but registration is required. You can participate in as many or as few sessions as you choose.
Zoom links will be shared with registered participants before the events begin.

Questions can be directed to the workshop coordinator: Kristin O’Brassill-Kulfan at ko239@history.rutgers.edu
