GSA Council Meeting: December 2021

The format for the final GSA Council meeting of the semester (Dec 6th, 7 PM) will be a little different. We will begin by recognizing the most recent GSA Awards recipients. Following this, we will be doing a GSA Town Hall. As GSO leaders, each of you is uniquely positioned to understand the struggles, triumphs, and issues that affect graduate students. We would like you to think critically about these things and how the GSA can act to improve the graduate student experience and support constituents to the best of our ability. Think about things like access, advocacy, networking, and connections, etc. You might also go back to your own GSO constitutions, think about your missions, how you have been implementing them, and how GSA might be able to help you do this better in the future. All graduate students are welcome to express their concerns at the Town Hall. You do not need to be a GSO leader, or even actively involved in a GSO.
