Apply now to be a leader with the Women’s Leadership Coalition

ARE YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT DIVERSITY IN LEADERSHIP? APPLY NOW TO BE A LEADER WITH THE WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP COALITION!
The Women’s Leadership Coalition (WLC) is a graduate student organization based out of the Bloustein School but open to all Rutgers graduate students. Our mission is to foster networking, collaboration and career-driven educational opportunities for women and gender non-conforming people in graduate programs across Rutgers University.

For the past ten years, our organization has hosted a spring conference at the Bloustein School, which is open to all graduate students and to the public at no cost. The goal of the conference is to give attendees the opportunity to engage on issues of leadership, with a focus on the professional worlds into which we are graduating and the challenges we might face as leaders. The WLC Spring Conference will be held on Friday March 3, 2023.

WLC now seeks new leadership to help plan for the Spring 2023 Semester! The WLC Planning Board will assist the Executive Board in planning the 2023 Spring Conference and will shadow board members to learn about how to lead a graduate student organization and plan events at Rutgers. The commitment will require about 5 hours a week and attendance at WLC events and board meetings. We hope that the Planning Board will be able to carry on the WLC legacy and transition to fulfilling Executive Board responsibilities in the 2023-2024 academic year.

ONLY STUDENTS WHO WILL BE ENROLLED THROUGH DECEMBER 2023 ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY.

If you are interested, please fill out this form no later than Friday December 15, 2022. You can contact WLC E-Board at wlc.rapps@gmail.com with any questions.
