DESCRIPTION:Please join the GSA Mental Health Committee for a Meditation Event! \n  \nOverview: This event will include an introductory SKY Breath Meditation\, as well as an information session on the SKY Campus Happiness Program. The SKY program focuses on comprehensive well-being\, including mental and emotional resilience\, with the SKY breath meditation as one of its extensively researched cornerstone techniques. It is designed to help university students\, faculty\, and staff achieve their fullest potential\, and it has reached over 100 US universities\, including Purdue\, Stanford\, Yale\, and OSU.
