To be able to receive mail on campus, you need to a PO box address assigned. If you live on campus, you will get a (possibly shared) PO box. Check the locations of the on-campus post offices & PO boxes.

Mailbox assignments are made weekly and are assigned randomly by a computer. This program runs mid-week. If you don't get one assigned and are expecting urgent mail, you can get a temporary mailbox by contacting Mr. Bob Gasecki, manager of student post offices:

  • Campus:
- College Avenue Campus: Records Hall
- Busch Campus: Busch Campus Center
- Livingston Campus: Tillett Hall
- Cook Campus: PAL building, near Cook Campus Center
- Douglass Campus: Douglass College Center
  • New Brunswick:

  • Highland Park:
- 406 Raritan Ave (between 4th & 5th streets)

The campus post offices have limited hours, especially during breaks. They do not provide all services, and only accept cash.
