Where Should I Buy a Car?
Make sure you sign up on the GSA_MARKET list. Rutgers faculty and students use this list to (among other things) advertise cars for sale. You can often get a really good deal from another international student or post-doc that is leaving. You can post an email yourself asking for a car.
