Centers must be catered by an officially approved vendor. Please refer
to the approved vendor list when arranging food for events of this
nature. This requirement may be waived if one of the listed vendors
cannot service the catering request in the event of special dietary
restrictions. Please direct special requests to Rutgers Student Life
