Yoga and Guided Meditation (Tuesdays: 2/11 – 3/10)

Yoga reduces stress, improves focus and strengthens the body and mind. Enjoy a creative form of yoga in which movements are synchronized with the breath. Flowing from pose to pose creates warmth and allows the body to move deeper into postures. Enjoy a guided meditation at the end. These classes are organized specially for graduate students. They are free and require no registration. As always, refreshments will be served.
