Do you want to feel more comfortable with a weight training routine that you can do on your own? This class will provide simple and effective exercises that can be done at the gym or at home. The class will be led by Priscilla Santana- the Exercise is Medicine Coach and Certified Personal Trainer along with the Student Leaders. Get personalized attention in this FREE class that is limited to 8 participants. The class will meet at the RU Fit Space Studio at the Werblin Recreation Center. Please come dressed for activity, including sneakers.
